Sri Lanka Cricket’s Chief Executive Officer, Ashley de Silva yesterday echoed a firm partnership with the country’s No.1 beverage company Elephant House as SLCs official carbonated beverage partner for the Sri Lanka cricket teams when he emphasised that it was a groundbreaking partnership in serving the needs of the cricketers as their official beverage namely the household Lemonade drink.

Addressing VIPs and the media at Colonbo’s Shangri-La, SLC CEO, while welcoming the President John Keells Consumer Foods, Daminda Gamlath and ither VIPs and the media, remarked that this carbonated beverage partnership with Elephant House, Sri Lanka’s longest serving beverage company would go a long way in that respect with the upcoming Bangladeshvand Zimbabwe tours.

Meanwhile, the President, John Keells Consumer Foods sector of Elephant House, Daminda Gamlath said, “We are proud to partner with Sri Lanka Cricket and be part of the game that unites our nation”.
He went on to observe that ‘this sponsorship is not just about visibility, its about passion, pride and bringing fans closer to the moments that matter.”

The three Sri Lanka captains Dhananjaya de Silva, Sri Lanka Test Captain, Charith Asalanka, the Sri Lanka ODI and T20 Captain, and Chamari Athapaththu, the Sri Lanka Women’s Captain also spoke.
